We offer standard and express shipping worldwide via trusted 3PL partners. Standard delivery typically takes 14–21 business days, while express options arrive within 5–10 business days. All orders include real-time tracking and are fully insured from our warehouse to your door.


2. How do I return or exchange my order?
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Simply log into your account, request an RMA, and ship your items back using the pre-paid label we provide. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt.


3. What warranty and support do you offer?
Every Go Vitality product comes with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Should you experience any issues, contact our support team via the “Help & Support” portal, and we’ll guide you through troubleshooting, repair, or replacement.


4. Which devices and platforms are compatible?
Our smart-ring and smartwatch seamlessly integrate with iOS (12.0 and later) and Android (7.0 and later) via the Go Vitality app. The app syncs data with Apple Health and Google Fit for a unified health dashboard.


5. How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
The smart-ring battery lasts up to 7 days on a single charge; the smartwatch lasts up to 5 days. Charging takes under 90 minutes via the included magnetic USB-C dock. You’ll receive low-battery alerts through the app when levels fall below 20%.


6. How is my personal health data protected?


We adhere to GDPR and CCPA standards to keep your data safe. All health metrics are encrypted in transit and at rest. Go Vitality never sells your data to third parties, and you can permanently delete your profile at any time via the app settings.


7. What if I’m unsure about sizing or fit?
Each ring ships with a free, no-obligation sizing kit. Simply follow the included instructions to find your perfect fit, then exchange for the correct size at no extra cost. Adjustable watch straps are designed to fit wrists from 140–210 mm.


8. How does the referral program work?
Invite friends using your unique referral link or code. When they make their first purchase, both you and your friend receive a 10% store credit. Credits never expire and can be combined with future promotions.


9. Can I pre-order upcoming products or accessories?
